  • Replaced raw water hoses on engine from intake to pump and from pump to engine Replaced panel over Nav station, added cubbies and put spice cubby on galley side of bulkhead over sink
  • Refinished interior with shipwright recommended 40% spar varnish, 40% tung oil and 20% mineral spirits as finish .      
  • Installed new joker valve in aft toilet, replaced all waste line hoses and clamps
  • Stripped and refinished hatchway screens, new screens added.
  • Sunbrella cover for hatchway screens made to protect hatchway screens when not in use
  • Replace aft head sink/shower sump, float switch & pump
  • Replace aluminum water tanks with new 3/8DuraCast polypropylene tanks and water lines (same shape/size except 1taller), added floorboards (sealed with 4 coats of polyurethane) under tanks to better distribute weight.
  • All new hatch lenses installed and protective covers added
  • Install new shower head in forward head.

  • Cost almost as much to fix as a new one. New unit installed Jan 2024. An issue was discovered with the power cable and it was dropping voltage. A connector was replaced, it’s now working well.
  • Replaced exhaust fan vents for engine area 
  • Replaced cockpit speakers due to sun damage  
  • Genoa inspected, minor fixes, UV cover patched, added a tack lashing to take some pressure off the jib tack extension by Omar Sails & Rigging, New Bern. Reported sail still very functional, since it’s part laminate, couldn’t get some of the stains out
